• Unlimited Communication - from the time you book to the end of your wedding day

• Access to Aisle Planner - an online planning platform we will use together throughout the planning season

• Custom Venue & Vendor Referrals - we have a list of amazing venues and vendors we love to share based on your vision and budget

• Vendor Management - we will help collect availability, booking processes and create a vendor team for a smooth wedding day

• Review Contracts - we will help review questions, get questions answered and negotiate where needed

• Design - we will help fill in any gaps when it comes to design to help make sure your vision comes to life

• Venue Visit - if we haven’t been to your venue yet, we will visit before the big day

• Timeline & Layout Creations - we create not only a main timeline for the day, but timelines for each vendor as well as the wedding party + family; we also create necessary layouts for the day

• Ceremony Rehearsal Coordination - we will meet with you and your wedding party the day before to walk through the ceremony and answer any questions *(this does not include rehearsal dinner)

• Day of Wedding Coordination - we are the first ones to arrive and the last to leave; we will help assist your vendors in setup/cleanup, distribute tips and make sure the day runs smoothly

Platinum

Our Platinum planning package includes everything in our Gold package plus:

• Wedding Website Management - choose your platform of choice (Minted, Zola, etc.) and we will bring your wedding website to life

• Save the Date & Invitation Management

• Welcome Gifts & Favor Organization

The Ultimate

The Ultimate planning package is for those couples who would like to have a weekend long experience - includes everything in the Gold and Platinum packages, as well as:

Planning & Coordination for the weekend (3 days including the wedding day)
